It sounds like this was a big improvement for him. Being on his own, it's so helpful to account for his social life.

I hope he continues to thrive.

Got Buddy to take food from me. It took him a little bit longer than the rest of my pigs, but he finally did it. He's a lot happier over next to the other guinea pigs too. He picked up the dreaded cage nibbling and he squeaks with Val and Earl. He's fitting right in. I can even pick him up with no difficulty and he likes his lap time. I'm introducing him to grass a little bit at a time and he likes that too. He's quite the proper piggie and I'm glad he joined our family.

Snapped a couple of photos of Buddy while changing his bedding and feeding him and the rest of my beautiful herd. This is the pen they go in while I do their cages. Val and Earl, and Kahlua and Jack had already been in it, so there was plenty of scents for him to check out. The picture doesn't show it, but he gets pretty excited and he popcorns and squeaks between sniffing.

He now climbs up and squeaks for his food. He nibbles the wire, but not as aggressively as the rest of the piggies. He also takes it from my hand. Once he has it, he runs to his tunnel to eat it while I dump the rest of his tray in his cage. Isn't he just adorable?
