Scuffle at the end is funny.

How funny! It reminds me of company team building exercises - they never seem to end well!

Ha! Very true. Maybe for our next employee team-building event, I should suggest this. :P

Has anyone used these timothy twists or mats? They're from Oxbow, so I tend to trust them. They're 100% edible and made of timothy hay:

I tried the twists on my 4 boys and they love them. Sammy and Dean like to play guinea pig tug of war with them. Scruffy tries to throw his around and Mr Bubbles just chews his. It's another way for me to provide entertainment for my piggies. I might try the mat, but I'm still debating on it because it would sit in the bedding and they'll just pee and poop on it.

I have an Oxbow tunnel made from woven Timothy and Lacey never chews on it. I also tried the woven toy carrot and she was not interested. She’s not much of a chewer but she does like to chew apple sticks.

I never thought of making a tunnel out of the mat. My boys would have a blast with that. I'm going to have to try that. Although, Sammy is a big time chewer and Dean isn't far behind him. Scruffy chews too, but not as much. Mr Bubbles does it just enough to keep his teeth right.

Oxbow makes tunnels. The only trouble is cleaning them. They can be rinsed with cold water and air dried. I just put a pee pad inside. They’re very well made. Sometimes I stuff it with hay so she has to burrow.
