White House Petition regarding Supreme Ct. Nominee

A lawyer put up a credible argument that if the Senate does not act on the Supreme Court nominee (i.e. DO THEIR JOB), the President can deem them to have waived their right to advise and consent.

Petition mentions 90 days for the Senate to DO THEIR JOB (signing the petition requires a valid email and you have to activate to have your signature count):

It is a totally reasonable petition. The Senate may or may not provide their advice and consent in the meantime. This is meant to avoid having the nomination drag on forever, as the Republican dominated senate has done with so many court and regulatory nominees (there are still unfilled vacancies).
