Fleece can be a wonderful alternative to loose beddings!
POLYESTER FLEECE
Not all bedding is disposable.
Polyester fleece does not absorb urine but lets it soak through. Some people combine it with other beddings by putting a polyester fleece cloth over pine shavings or other absorbent materials.

Pros:
- Soft and allows fluids to drain through (polyester)
- Material is reusable
- Guinea pigs seem happy (reports of popcorning pigs)
Cons:
- Areas used frequently may require daily maintenance
- Hay and poops must be removed (shaken/brushed off) before being washed.
- Not as effective if too many guinea pigs in a small area

Both Guinea Pig Market and Piggy BedSpreads sell quality products.
