I have seen several posts about C&C cages what are they and do I need to get one for Duff? If so how big does it need to be and where do I get one from?

I just set mine up last night, and it is a wonderful investment! My pigs are already so much more active. Here is the link to get you started (sorry, I’m running short on time this morning).

Thank you bpatters for the link. When I look at it I saw that it was the same thing my sister ordered for Duff as a play yard it just came in this morning.

I gave my pigs in a 2x4 cage with a loft and they love it. When we travel I keep then in a smaller cage and when I do a deep cleaning of their big cage. They tend to get territorial and are nowhere near as happy. I’m going to invest in a large folding cage or maybe try making a foldable c and c cage because they are just so much more active, happier and friendlier

C&C cages are the best! We have kept our piggies in a c&c cage for many years and they are durable, spacious, cheap... really perfect. And I feel so much more connected to my girls than I would if they were in a closed-top cage.

One of the other benefits of a C&C, other than size and cost, is flexibility. I had my old pen for 6 pigs in an L shape to fit my space.
