Orange pee, tiny poos & weight loss
I have a five years old male guinea pig.
A couple of weeks ago he started to wheeze a little, pee turned into orange and he ate hardly anything. I take him to a vet and the vet found that another lymph gland in his neck had grown and prescribed antibiotics. Wheezing stopped and he started to eat again and acts now normally. However his pee is still orange and poo tiny. He has also lost weight about 300 grams in the short run. :(
Can this be the consequence of not eating properly for days or something worse?

He is not eating enough. Has he gained any weight back? Some antibiotics will decrease appetite. You should hand feed him to make sure he's getting enough (see https://www.guinealynx.info/handfeeding.html).
I'm glad the wheezing has stopped and he's looking a little better!
