You've read this? It may help you figure out if he can manage on his own:
teeth_broken.html
Yes, I read that, I tried to make a cigarette like with vegetables but it won't work...

Did they do a skull x-ray to rule out elongated roots and/or abscessed teeth? Either of those will make a pig unwilling to chew.
The only x-ray I did was the one I posted on page 1 of this thread, I'm not sure if they saw any problem with elongated roots and/or abscessed teeth, could you tell me by looking at the photo?
This night he managed to eat some lettuce, not a good amount but it's the first time he eats in like 10 days. He's on the garden now but didn't eat grass/cabbage/carrot.
It is difficult to tell from your xray. I looked at the side view, which I think would show elongation the most clearly but could not tell. If you have a larger image of that one, it would be helpful. Meanwhile, there are a few dental xrays in the teeth pages you could look at (none of us are specialists).
All the green vegetable staining make it look like he is having a difficult time eating. The teeth actually look too long to me. Can he close his mouth completely? Does it look like the teeth are touching the roof of the mouth?

I noticed like a week ago that Flake is 'hooting', so maybe there is also a heart problem, he wasn't hooting before the surgery, maybe it was one of the medicines? I guess the Tramadol. Also you were asking for a larger image of his teeth x-ray, I managed to zoom a bit but I still have no idea if he has elongated roots, vet said she was looking at the x-ray again, but I had not response at this moment.
