Today, his stomach is VERY swollen. His poops are tiny and it's clear he is having trouble pooping. I pushed around a bit back there and helped him push out a very large round stool so I'm hoping that will provide him with some relief tonight.
We are seeing the vet tomorrow (she was unfortunately off today!), but I was wondering if there is anything I should be doing now at home to help him. He is still eating like a champ, but is there anything in particular that I should or shouldn't be giving him?
He's an older boar (around 6 1/2-7 years) and I've really noticed his age the last few months as his hearing seems to going and his coat gets a bit shabbier. I'm terrified about what the vet will say tomorrow. I'm so mad at myself for not catching it earlier. I love this little guy so much.

Are you checking his anal sac regularly and cleaning it when necessary?
Thank you both for your advice.
