sick pig
My little female Chelsea is acting strange right now. I will get her to the vet tomorrow but I was wondering if there is anything I can do for now. She is sitting backed up in a corner and acting like she is constipated but she is pooping. I checked her rear end and she isn´t constipated or has diareahea. She doesn´t want to walk but everything is scaring her. Then she runs into the side of the cage like she can´t control her body. Does anyone have any ideas?

I moved your thread to the correct forum.
I don´t know if there is anything I can suggest except for examining her for an injury and making sure she is eating.

Is she straining to pee? Try housing her on a white towel to see if she is passing any blood. It could be a UTI.
Try to have an apointment as early as possible tomoorow morning. She sounds like she´s in pain.

Sometimes my post recovery or sick pigs enjoy sitting on a cloth covered hot water bottle. Do be careful it is not too hot, if you try it.Test it on your forearm first.
Watch her input and output very carefully. Take notes of exactly what she is eating and when. If you have a scale, weigh her to get some kind of baseline to measure from. Any change in number, size, smell or consistency of her output?
When a pig is acting sick they are usually very sick. They are masters at hiding it as prey animals. I hope you can get an appointment as soon as possible in the morning. Time really is of the essence is helping our little ones recover.
